A deeply calming Yin class with long, nourishing asana holds and plenty of supportive props, inviting you to release tension, reconnect with your body, and breath, and embrace self-acceptance. Yin yoga works with the cooler connective tissues of our fascia; the ligaments, bones and joints, making it the perfect companion class to strength training that works the yang tissues of our muscles, blood and skin. Yin is yielding, allowing and nourishing.

An uplifting vinyasa flow class with links breath with movement in a joyful, flowing sequence- building strength, flexibility and awareness while celebrating your body exactly as it is. This is a dynamic class, but all levels are welcome, and modifications are always provided.

Join us for a slow flow class. We’ll flow through a sequence, but stay closer to the mat with fewer standing poses than the vinyasa flow class. We’ll also sink deeper into each shape, holding each for 5-8 breaths. This allows you to feel calm and expansive as you flow gently through the class.
