About Me

🦉 Hey, I’m Hannah — the heart behind Tawny Yoga. Like the feathery friend we’re named after, I guide you through yoga practices grounded in calm, wisdom, and self-awareness.

I’ve been a student of yoga for over 25 years, and recently completed my 200-hour teacher training, along with an additional 50-hour kids yoga qualification. Teaching feels like a natural extension of my lifelong practice — a way to share what’s supported me through every season.

At Tawny Yoga, our vinyasa flow and yin classes invite you to show up just as you are, with a spirit of self-acceptance. Each session is more than movement — it’s a tapestry woven with intention, where breathwork (pranayama), meditation, mantra, mudra, philosophy, and literary quotes come together to nourish body, mind, and spirit.
